During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I appreciated the efficiency of the staff, who always made sure that the rooms were clean and fully equipped. the location was strategic, being close to a shopping mall and several restaurants. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the daily breakfast that offered a variety of options, from fresh fruits to warm dishes.

the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, which was quite inconvenient, and the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk away from a beautiful sandy beach, where guests can relax and enjoy the sun and sea. the beach provides free sunbeds and umbrellas, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable beach experience.

The hotel experiences occasional issues with the service, including long queues at the bar and at the fresh meal points in the restaurant.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the lively animations team. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available for guests to relax and soak up the sun. The animations team put on a variety of fun activities and entertainment throughout the day, keeping everyone entertained and engaged. It was great to have something to do and join in on the festive spirit.

There were a few aspects that I disliked during my stay. the language barrier was quite challenging as most of the staff only spoke Russian.
